Rules and Regulations For New Op/Chief
- Ops/Chiefs must utilize all the Supplies sent during their shift and party must be full as much as possible.
- Ops/Chiefs will receive their Rewards and Salaries on their Op/Chief account ONLY. Any request for transferring a reward/salary to another account is not allowed.
- Ops/Chiefs must create blogs which features topics as Daily Tips (10 pts.), Community News (20 pts), Weekly Blogs (30 pts), and External Recruitments (5 pts); and submit their blog links to Q&A Section for proper recording. Required points to maintain every week is 50 pts. All points resets every Weekly Server Maintenance (Thursday, 03:00~05:00 Game Time).
- Op/Chief must stay online within their respective shift. This shall strictly be monitored by the GMs.
- Any Op/Chief which were marked with Excused (personal), Late and/or Absent will not be qualified to receive the rewards (Weekly/Monthly).
- Ops must send their chosen Day Offs and it will be active for the current month. Day Offs resets every month, and can’t be exchanged to any Excuse, Late or Absent mark. Ops can still work on Day Off during given situations, but this will not affect their Attendance and/or Salaries.
- Emergency Day Off; which is requested after an OP chose their preferred Day off; should be sent 1 hour before your shift to be approved.
- Ops/Chiefs are invited to attend our Weekly Assembly every Wednesday on random times.
- For recruitment, Chiefs need to send the names of the WYDians to Q&A Section, (and Ops to our Op Q&A Section). Recruitments are during Mons-Thurs only.
- Ops/Chiefs may kick any Member granted they submit a valid reason to Q&A Section with screenshot of the violation.
- Ops/Chiefs are not allowed to transfer their Academy/Guild Tag to another account or character anymore.
- All terminated or resigned (account/sub – accounts of) OPs/Chiefs are not allowed to re-apply for the position.
- Ops/Chiefs who failed to follow the above rules and regulations will be given disciplinary action.
Operators who failed to follow the rules and regulation will be given a proper sanction.
- Ops/Chiefs who traded supplies provided by the GMs to other players will be automatically kicked from their position and will get 7-days account ban.
- Ops/Chiefs who made more than 4 absences within the month will automatically be removed from their position without prior notice.
- Ops/Chiefs who aren't online 5 minutes before their shift will start is considered as late.
- Ops/Chiefs who were proven using improper language will be given proper sanction.
- Ops/Chiefs may be removed from their position if proven guilty from reported complaints submitted by players in our Q&A Section.
- Ops/Chiefs who were proven sharing their accounts/items to other players will be kicked or terminated immediately without any warning and will not receive compensation.
- Ops/Chiefs who will get involved in any “hack/scam” case will be terminated and will not receive any compensation.
- Any Ops/Chiefs proven using supplies in any shared parties will be removed in the position and will get 7-days account ban.

Academy Points System:

HOW TO MAKE ETERNAL STONE
ETERNAL STONE
By combining the phoenix and unicorn's spirit, you will get the "Eternal Stone" which will transform you into a God class character. After putting the stone in the proper slot, you must then talk to the king of your kingdom and a quest called To the New Beginning will be given.
- Item's needed:
1. Unicorn's Spirit
Half of the piece of the "Immortality Stone". Used to combine with "Phoenix's Spirit"
Half of the piece of the "Immortality Stone". Used to combine with "Phoenix's Spirit"
2. Pheonix's Spirit
Half of the piece of the "Immortality Stone". Used to combine with "Unicorn's Spirit"
Half of the piece of the "Immortality Stone". Used to combine with "Unicorn's Spirit"
- Procedures:
1. Once your character level reaches 370, you can now proceed with the quest by clicking on the oracle of your kingdom.
- In case your character belongs to "Hekalotia" Kingdom, you will be able to get the quest from "Blue Oracle" and when it belongs to the "Akeronia Kingdom, you can get the quest from the "Red Oracle".
2. To get Phoenix's Spirit, you must hunt Lich Vatama, Lich Crunt, Frenzy Demon Lord. To get the Unicorn's Spirit, you must hunt "Rujeper Broken".
3. If you have the two spirits, you can now proceed to the Oracle of your kingdom and pay him 10 Sapphires. Click the oracle to combine them to "Immortality Stone".
4. You must put the spirit in your inventory in this exact position.
- Caution:
In order to formulate the Eternal Stone, spirits must be put in this order.

RECRUITMENTS:
- Kindly seek the OP's in-charge during their shift and make a request to send your name.
- Only PH nationals are being recruited to PH Academy.
- Only lvls O1 - 32O are going to be recruited to PH Academy.
- NO RECRUITING on Fridays thru Sundays.
GRADUATION:
- PH Academy member who reaches lvl 37O is a qualified candidate for graduation. He/She may have the option to apply as the newest graduate of the PH Academy. But he/she may also apply as a graduate when he/she had already reached the maximum level which is lvl 4OO.
- Kindly ask for your OP's to send your name as a confirmation that you are really the newest graduate of PH academy.
- After which the GM received the request from your OP's, GM will send your graduation gift.
- But after you've been declared as the new graduate of PH Academy, you are no longer be a part of the PH Academy and your PH TAG will be lost.
